cancellation & late arrival POLICY
At Plush, we strive to provide each client with the full attention and care they deserve. To ensure a smooth and exceptional salon experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, as a courtesy to other clients and our stylists, we have a limited grace period of 10 minutes for late arrivals.
If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we ask for 24 hours’ notice. Any cancellation that falls within that 24-hour window may result in a charge equal to the service cost. For any no-call and no-show appointments, we will require a deposit for future bookings.
If you anticipate being late for your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your service within the remaining time. However, in some cases, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment or adjust the service to ensure the best experience for you and our other clients.
